What’s the difference between $wTOH and $vFuzzy?
$wTOH is earned exclusively through real-life interactions with stray animals. This includes adding a stray you’ve discovered to the map or feeding/watering an animal found by another user. Your rewards scale with league progression — the higher you go, the more $wTOH you earn per action.

$vFuzzy is earned through in-game mechanics, such as adopting virtual pets in volunteer centers worldwide, completing tasks, or inviting friends. Your $vFuzzy balance fuels rank progression and scales rewards — whether you’re adopting virtual pets or rescuing strays IRL. The more you’ve got, the more you’ll earn.

Can I track the status of an animal I added?
Absolutely! You can always see the latest interaction date (e.g., who fed or watered the animal). If you feed another user’s pet, it’ll appear in your list, and you can track its status. If you spot inaccuracies, tap the ! on the animal’s card to report them.

Why was my animal card rejected?
Cards are moderated for:
Photo quality — Must clearly show a real animal (no blurry/irrelevant images).
Location accuracy — Marker on the map must match the animal’s actual location.
Content policy — No violence, NSFW, spam, or fake info. More recommendations and rules for uploading photos are in the FAQ section in-app.
Rejected cards trigger warnings. Repeat violations may lead to account suspension. Check the ❕ during creation for photo guidelines.

I added an animal, but it’s gone the next day. What should I do?
Strays move frequently. To improve their return chances, feed/water them consistently in the same spot and check the FAQ section in-app for interaction tips.

How do volunteer centers work?
Each center you unlock increases adoption rates, boosts $vFuzzy earnings, and elevates your rank in the global league. Higher ranks unlock bigger rewards and bonuses.
