/new - Creates a new task in a separate list named 'newtodo'
/tracklists - Type hashtag names separated by commas to track
/ignore - Type hashtag names separated by commas to ignore tracking them
/delete - Type list names separated by commas
/showtrackedlists - Shows currently tracked hashtags
/help - Use this to understand more on above functions
