📚 SBot Terms of Use

1. General Provisions:
1.1. SBot is a bot where you can purchase Token S.

1.2. SBot is not designed for profit generation. The main purpose of the bot is the burning of Token S. All received assets are used to buy back Token S, and all bot profits are either burned or distributed as rewards to bot users and subscribers of the public channel.

1.3. By making a deposit to the bot, you confirm that you use SBot exclusively for the purpose of purchasing Token S and its further intended use.

2. Deposit
2.1. All deposits made in the bot are converted into Token S according to the bot’s internal virtual exchange rate.

2.2. You can check the internal price of Token S in the Deposit section. When making a deposit, the received amount of tokens is affected by price impact and swap fees, similar to an actual exchange on a DEX.

2.3. On your first deposit, you’re offered a 1000% bonus. If you activate it, you must complete a x50 wager (deposit + bonus).

2.4. All withdrawals are processed in Token S on the Base or Solana network, regardless of the deposit currency or blockchain.
We are not responsible for any loss of funds caused by incorrect withdrawal addresses or sending tokens to exchanges that do not support Token S.

2.5. The minimum deposit for all payment methods is $1. Deposits below this amount will not be credited or refunded.

2.6. Deposits are usually credited instantly. If your deposit has not been credited within 2–3 minutes, please contact @sbot_help immediately.

2.7. When depositing via CryptoBot or xRocket, you do not pay their service fee, but the deposit amount is still subject to the factors described in Section 2.2.

2.8. For deposits made through Gifts, the credited amount may be adjusted in cases of high collection volatility, low marketplace liquidity, or detected manipulations.

2.9. Deposits made via gifts that are not listed in the deposit menu will not be credited, and such gifts are non-refundable.

3. Games
3.1. The results of all games are determined exclusively by the Telegram API.
We do not influence the outcomes and cannot modify them in any way.

3.2. The use of quasi delta-neutral strategies (for example, hybrid or progressive Martingale systems) is strictly prohibited.
We provide a static RTP with guaranteed fairness via the Telegram API.
Any attempt to abuse this mechanic may result in sanctions as described in Section 9 of this Agreement.
