🍅 The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method based on 25-minute intervals of focused work separated by 5-minute breaks. Each interval is known as a “pomodoro”, from the Italian word for “tomato”, after the tomato-shaped kitchen timer.
💡 Basic principles:
— Choose just one task at a time and manage distractions (no distractions allowed!);
— Take a short break, catch your breath then keep going;
— After every 4th break rest a little bit longer as your brain needs to recover.
