Never Spam Bot

@NeverSpamBot is an effective anti-spam tool that filters out about 99% of spam with few false positives. It makes captchas unnecessary.

Add it as an admin in your group with message deletion rights. Optionally, grant ban rights too. The bot will mute, not ban, spammers, allowing admins to unmute if needed. The bot targets spam from new members and remains silent unless action is required. Existing members' messages aren't affected.

If any spam gets through, quote the message and type /spam, or forward it for review. Please report incorrect detections to help us improve.

To manually approve user send:
/notspam @usertag
