[не отвечает] File Convert

Telegram Bot that converts (for now) audio files to voice messages, video files to messages or notes, video messages to notes, videos from some websites to messages, PDF files to photo messages (first page for now), image files to stickers, and vice versa. It also works in groups.

All the processing is done in-memory, so no file is ever saved on the disk, not even temporarily!
