Welcome to CalorissimoBot! 🥗
I'm your personal calorie tracking assistant. Here's how you can use me:
Basic Commands:
- log <food> <calories> - Log your food (e.g. log apple 95)
- unlog <ID> - Remove a food entry
- query - See today's food entries
- query <YYYY-MM-DD> - See entries for specific date (e.g. query 2025-04-08)
- stats - View your weekly stats
- setgender - Used to calculate BMI (options: m / f)
- setheight - Used to calculate BMI (in cm)
Settings:
- setdailycalories <calories> - Set your daily calorie target.
- setresettime <time in UTC> - Set when your calories resets (0-23 UTC)
Weight Tracking:
- updateweight <weight in kg> - Log your weight in kg
- deleteweight <ID> - Remove a weight entry
- queryweight - View your weight history (also available as graph)
- setweightgoal <weight in kg> - Set your weight goal
Your default daily limit is 2000 calories with reset at midnight UTC.
Start by logging your first meal with log!

- unlog - Delete a food entry providing ID.
- query - Retrieve your food entries (date in YYYY-MM-DD or empty for today's).
- setdailycalories - Set your daily calories (default is 2000).
- setresettime - Set when calories go back to 0 (UTC, 24-hour format).
- queryweight - Provides statistics about your weight tracking.
- updateweight - Updates your current weight in kg.
- deleteweight - Removes a previous weight entry.
- stats - Provide useful weekly statistics about calories.
